the view from my apartment was breathtaking and the location was convenient with many places within walking distance. the room had no toiletries and the window didn’t close properly, which was noisy at night. I’d recommend this place!

stayed in well-equipped apartment with a nice view and the kitchen, as for instance. there were an electric kettle, a fridge and a toaster too. the location in a calm area was quiet.

Incredible balcony view: The balcony of our apartment at Cassia Residences provided a breathtaking view of the surrounding area, making every morning feel like waking up in paradise. It was like having our own private slice of paradise just a few steps away.

Limited toiletries: The only minor issue we encountered during our stay was the limited supply of toiletries. It would have been convenient to have basic items like hand soap and dishwashing liquid readily available.

Loved the free WiFi for all my Instagram updates, and the pool was perfect for my poolside selfies. The apartment had a washing machine - so handy for quickly getting rid of any wine stains from my lavish parties.

Oh, and let's not forget how thrilled I was to have no toiletries provided. Who needs shampoo and soap?

The location of the hotel is fantastic, as it is close to both the beach and the town. the balcony offers a nice view over the lagoon and beautiful sunsets. the rooms are spacious and well, furnished, with clean bathrooms. the high, speed wifi is a bonus for staying connected.

The check, in process can be frustrating and there have been instances where guests' bookings were not properly handled, causing inconvenience and disappointment.

The location here was awesome, and so close to the beach 🏖️. Checking out the district around here was totally worth it!

During my recent travels, I had the opportunity to stay at Cassia Residences By Laguna Phuket, albeit only for transit purposes. The location of the hotel proved to be extremely convenient, as it is situated just 19 km away from the nearest airport. This made my journey seamless and hassle-free, allowing me to relax and unwind before continuing my travels.

From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the staff lacked professionalism and there was a distinct lack of customer service. The apartment I was assigned to had a strong smell of mold, making it impossible for me and my baby to stay indoors without constant coughing.

Spacious, well-equipped apartment with carpark, security. Warm pool with lake view. Great location near beach and restaurants in expat area.

The complimentary shuttle service and breakfast were a nice touch to our Easter holiday. the location was also great, being close to the beach and local shops. We also had a lovely view of the lagoon from our apartment, which was very relaxing.

the staff was not very responsive and it was difficult to communicate with them due to language barriers.
